HOW TO REQUEST AN INTERPRETER
“IF YOU ARE AN ATTORNEY, PLEASE PROCEED TO FILE & SERVE TO COMPLETE FORM CC-DC-041 TO REQUEST AN INTERPRETER FOR YOUR CLIENT OR WITNESS.”
Requests for interpreter services should be submitted to the court not less than thirty (30) days before the proceeding for which the interpreter is required.
There are two ways to request an interpreter in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City:
Electronic Submissions:

Electronic submission of this form will be received by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. The Request for Interpreter Services form may be completed and submitted online by clicking the appropriate button below and following these steps:
- Please fill out the form in its entirety and as accurately as possible.
- NOTE that items with an asterisk * are required fields and must be completed for the form to be transmitted electronically.
- If you need a copy of the actual request form with your responses, you MUST CLICK the PRINT FORM button before CLICKING the SUBMIT
- Once you CLICK the SUBMIT button, a copy of your responses to the questions on the form will be sent to the email address you provided.
